ProRequests, Inc. dba Bripes, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tarkle Limited, respects intellectual property rights and expects users of the Bripes platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond to valid notices of copyright infringement.
Submitting a DMCA notice
If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice of infringement. Your notice must include:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- A description of the material you claim is infringing and its location on our platform (URL or other identifying information).
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email address).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Our response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will notify the affected user of the action taken.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat infringers
It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
