Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Bripes and all associated services operated by ProRequests, Inc. dba Bripes, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tarkle Limited. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Prohibited content
You must not upload, share, or transmit content that:
- Infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property right.
- Is defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, or constitutes hate speech.
- Contains sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic material.
- Depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, or harm to others.
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
- Violates the privacy of any third party, including personal data shared without consent.
- Promotes illegal activities or violates any applicable law or regulation.
Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or data.
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks, brute-force attacks, or any form of automated abuse.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service without permission.
- Introduce malware, viruses, or any malicious code into the platform.
- Impersonate another person, user, or organisation.
- Use the Service to facilitate money laundering or other financial crimes.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service.
Client and reseller obligations
If you use Bripes to manage clients or operate as a reseller, you are responsible for ensuring your clients and sub-agencies comply with this policy. You may not use Bripes to facilitate services that themselves violate this policy.
File storage and sharing
Files uploaded to Bripes must be lawfully owned or licensed by you. You may not use Bripes as a distribution platform for pirated software, media, or any content that violates third-party rights.
Payment processing restrictions
You may not use Bripes payment features to process payments for:
- Illegal goods or services.
- Gambling or lottery services where prohibited.
- Firearms, controlled substances, or regulated items without appropriate licences.
- Adult content or services.
- Any service prohibited by Stripe or our other payment processors.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate potential violations and take action including removing content, issuing warnings, suspending accounts, or terminating service. We may report violations to law enforcement where appropriate.
We are not obligated to monitor all content on the platform but reserve the right to do so.
