ProRequests is now Bripes. Plus: white-label reseller beta lets agencies rebrand the platform and invite sub-clients under their own domain.
ProRequests is now Bripes
We're changing our name from ProRequests to Bripes. Same platform, clearer mission.
The name ProRequests made sense when we started, but we're building more than a request tool now. Bripes represents what we're about: being brief and precise in how agencies work.
Here's what's changing: new domain at bripes.com (old links redirect automatically), new dashboard at app.bripes.com, and the new name everywhere you see us.
What's not changing: your account, projects, data, pricing, and team. Everything transfers over automatically. Nothing to do on your end.
White-label reseller (Beta)
The feature agencies have been asking for is here.
Let other agencies resell your services under their own brand while you handle fulfillment. They get their own portal, their own domain, their own branding. Their clients never know you exist.
You can now customize your branding by uploading your logo to replace ours, setting your colors, and adding your favicon. Everything shows your brand, not ours. Set up a custom domain like app.youragency.com and we'll handle SSL automatically with a full DNS setup guide included.
Invite your customers as sub-clients—they see only your branding, access only their projects, and you get up to 10 sub-clients included with white-label.
Sarah runs a video editing agency. She partners with 3 marketing agencies through Bripes. Each agency has their own branded portal where they resell Sarah's video packages. Sarah went from 8 clients to 47 clients in 4 months—no sales calls.
Try it by going to Organization Settings and enabling White-label.
This is beta. We're shipping fast and fixing as we go. Report bugs through the dashboard.
What we fixed
We improved performance so organization pages load faster and tickets now use server-side pagination for better speed.
All email handling got better. Sub-clients only get emails after accepting invites, all automated emails use your branding when white-label is active, and password reset and magic links use your custom domain.
Permissions are tighter now. Sub-clients see only their own projects, brands, and collections. They can't access settings or billing. Agency staff names are hidden from sub-clients so it shows "Agency Team" instead.
We fixed several bugs including service and Stripe price mismatches, empty "Requested by" field in tickets, duplicate ticket functionality, and brand pages not loading on custom domains.
What's next
We're working on service assignment controls for sub-clients, revenue sharing automation, and better marketplace tools.
