Happy New Year! We wanted to start 2025 with some updates on where we're headed.
If you've been following ProRequests, you've probably noticed we've rebranded to Bripes. Same client portal software you know, just a new name that better represents what we're building.
Why the rebrand?
When we started ProRequests, we built a simple client portal. A place for agencies to manage projects, communicate with clients, and keep everything organized in one place.
But over the past year, we realized something - agencies don't just need task management software. They need full-scale infrastructure to run digital services at scale.
So we're evolving. We're moving beyond a basic portal and building a complete platform that lets agencies scale without the usual headaches that come with growth.
The name "ProRequests" didn't reflect where we're going. "Bripes" does.
What's new right now: White-label reseller mode
This is the big one. A lot of you have been asking for this, and it's finally live.
Here's how it works:
Let's say you're Agency X running on Bripes. You serve other agencies who need your services. Agency A pays you for design work, development, marketing - whatever you do. With white-label reseller mode, you can now give Agency A their own branded portal completely separate from yours.
Agency A can replace your brand with theirs - their logo, their domain, their name. When Agency A's clients log in, they see Agency A's brand. Zero trace of you or Bripes.
When their clients create projects, you get assigned in the background. When you deliver work, it shows as coming from Agency A. You do the work behind the scenes, they get the credit with their clients.
It's the "ghost kitchen" model for digital services. You're the infrastructure, they're the brand their clients see.
What's coming soon
We're not stopping at reseller features. Here's what we're building next:
- Marketplace - A place where agencies can sell services to each other. If you need video editing but only do design, you can find and hire another agency directly through the platform.
- Multiple languages - Global teams need global support. We're adding multi-language support so agencies can serve clients in their native language.
- Multi-agency management - This one's important.
Let's say you run a design agency as your main business, but you also do SEO consulting on the side. Same staff, same entity, different services. Instead of paying for two separate portals and managing two separate systems, you'll run multiple agencies from one workspace.
Projects, clients, and billing get automatically categorized by agency brand. Each agency gets its own branding and domain, but you manage everything from the same admin panel. No duplicate setup. No switching between accounts. Just one workspace that handles multiple brands.
